Programme Policy Declaration
By registering my child for the Computer Science Exploration Kit, I declare and agree that:

1 · Participation. I consent to my child participating in the programme organised by Ovex Academy (AM Trading and Services Sdn. Bhd., 1471140-P) across five Saturdays: 24 and 31 October · 14, 21 and 28 November 2026 · 09:00–13:00 at the announced university campus. I have read the programme details, fees and refund terms.

2 · Data. I consent to Ovex Academy processing my child's and my own data to deliver the programme, communicate, maintain attendance records and issue certificates, and to sharing it with the academic institution hosting the programme for academic and ordinary marketing purposes — in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Data is never sold to any party and never transferred beyond that scope.

3 · Photography and media. I consent to my child being photographed and filmed during the programme and appearing in media materials owned by Ovex — its website, channels, print materials and partner materials — and to Ovex's right to use those materials within the reasonable scope of its academic activities.

4 · Withdrawal. I may withdraw this declaration in writing at any time at info@ovexacademy.com; withdrawal applies to subsequent use.

5 · What is not promised. I understand the programme grants no admissions advantage at any university, promises no employment or academic qualification, and that the certificate is a certificate of attendance, not an accredited qualification.

Section 5 — Financial Terms
Fee: RM 800 per student — first-cohort launch price (programme list price RM 1,200). Covers twenty contact hours, use of the lab, student materials, light refreshments and the certificate. Does not cover transport or main meals.

Payment: by FPX on the Ovex website. (Cards are not accepted at present — families without a Malaysian bank account may pay by direct bank transfer and upload the receipt.)

Launch guarantee: if the minimum of 15 participants is not reached by 17 October 2026, the programme is cancelled and fees are refunded 100% within fourteen days.

Refunds: fees are fully refundable until 17 October 2026. After launch, a withdrawal before the second session is refunded at 30%; no refund thereafter. Requests are submitted through the website and transferred to your bank account within 14 days of acceptance.
